Sustainable Development Organization is constructing school building across the country to teach, inspire, and empower children by providing them save environment for study. With financial assistance and support of different donors, SDO have given the children of AJK an opportunity to achieve their dreams and ambitions in a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment. Its primary goal of SDO to empower vulnerable people with the knowledge, skills and values to live in dignity, build their lives and contribute to their societies.

Similarly, keeping the view of worldwide Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4), this Organization aims to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all throughout the country. In order support the government of AJK, SDO has constructed 5 School in AJK including washroom and furniture having 710 direct and 6006 indirect beneficiaries.

In 2020, More than 1.1 million people have been affected by heavy snowfall, torrential rain, avalanches and landslides that are sweeping across Pakistan and Azad Kashmir. Help them survive this winter by donating a winter family emergency kit to the residents of Neelum and Leepa Valley AJK.

SDO is working in AJK to help our most vulnerable brothers and sisters in need with the support of your winter charity, providing them with life-saving winter essentials. More than 550 families have been provided the winter emergency kits in last two years. In winter, a perfect storm of inadequate shelter and a lack of warm clothing and nutritious food can make the bitter season deadly for remote area of AJK. With no means of protecting themselves from the cold and no access to nutritious food, fighting illness becomes impossible. Common colds, flu and COVID-19 can be deadly. Pregnant women, small children, older people, and disabled people are especially vulnerable.

Our Winter Emergency Project provides essential winter support to those who need it most, wherever they may be.
