Sustainable Development Organization (SDO) is a not for profit organization, empowering the vulnerable people. Currently SDO is implementing its project Installation of eight deep wells in District Mirpur AJ&K.

For the successful implementation of this project we are required to procure below mentioned items / services from the vendors. For the above mentioned purpose SDO is here by forwarding request for quotation (sealed quotations/bids in case of price exceeding Rs. 60,000/-) with the purpose to procure following items from your esteemed organization/firm/individuals/contractors subject to below mentioned conditions.

Bid Opening: 
Bids will be opened on September 14, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the presence of the Procurement Committee.

Conditions:
·         The rates should be quoted in PKR and inclusive of all applicable Taxes (GST, income tax etc.
·         The offer is opened up to Sep 11, 2019; Specification of items will not be compromised.
·         Quotations on email, open, late and incomplete quotations will not be considered.
·         The contract will be signed with the selected vendor for the assignment.
·         The vendor is registered with Income Tax.
·         Vendor should have its business account.
·         Vendor should quote as per the same format provided by SDO
·         The selected vendor will provide the brief profile as given below
·         Further TORs will be shared with selected vendor.
