Job Opportunity in SDO-SGAFP Project 2016
Under a contract with Small Grants & Ambassador Fund Program (SGAFP), Sustainable Development Organization (SDO) a right based organization, empowering the voiceless people across Azad Jammu & Kashmir is implementing a project titled “Economic Empowerment of Kashmiri Female Artisans through Skills Enhancement”. Through this project, SDO will economically empower 160 female artisans from UCs Gojra and Chattar Domel in District Muzaffarabad, AJ&K. SDO needs the following staff for implementation of the project for 09-months; based in the District Muzaffarabad.

Job Opportunity in SDO-CVP Project 2015
Under a contract with USAID Citizens’ Voice Project, Sustainable Development Organization (SDO) a right based organization, empowering the voiceless people across Azad Jammu & Kashmir is implementing a project titled “Empowering Citizens for Accountability in Education System” in District MuzaffarabadThrough this project, SDO will strengthen citizens’ voice to oversight the line departments which will lead to advocacy for policy/legislative reforms, greater transparency and accountability mechanisms. Citizens will be connected with policymakers, engaged in mobilization, create coalitions for change, raise awareness, and lobby for improved implementation of legislation and policies for access to quality education. For the purpose SDO will launch advocacy campaign with the collaboration of trained “Civil Society Network” to oversight of public institutions and raise public awareness. Awareness will be raised among the targeted citizens’ to oversee the performance of district public departments and create linkages between the departments and other organizations/institutions for collaboration for education reforms.

SDO needs the following staff for implementation of the project for 10-months; based in the District Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
